Who owns the code?

PACManager is a SaaS so the code stays with PACManager. However, any proprietary calculations, formula’s or documentation provided is never shared with anyone outside your company. Every customer of PAC has their own set of code, database and reports. In the event your company needs to purchase PACManager it can be done based on the Master Services Agreement.

How quickly can I be up and running?

The less customization the quicker you will be up and running. Even our larger customization projects don’t take more than 8 weeks once the requirements are provided.

What kind of support can I expect?

We are available via phone and email Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm EST to support you with using the software.

Is the custom development outsourced?

All work including development is done at our office in Grand Blanc, MI by our parent company Spud Software Inc.

Will the hourly rate increase?

Your hourly rates will not increase for at least 3 years.
